Based on the 12th century rendition of the 10 incarnations of Vishnu described in the Gita Govinda, the piece is conceived as a conversation between 4 gotipua dancers, vying with each other to describe the glorious feats of the Lord.
The piece was created using movement material the participating gotipuas were doing themselves in their gurukuls.
